Start with usage and objectives
Discussions with management and users clarify processes, current tools and difficulties. We define expected outcomes, constraints and the knowledge that needs strengthening.
Build a roadmap
We compare options, dependencies, costs to establish and operational risks. The roadmap separates priority actions from later improvements and identifies decisions still requiring approval.
Prepare relevant workshops
The programme is defined by audience, level and objective: using tools, routine administration, good practice or organising digital processes. Exercises use authorised scenarios and demonstration data where needed.
Check learning and support adoption
Participants practise the agreed scenarios. Questions, difficulties and follow-up actions are recorded with your coordinator. Materials and instructions help participants continue using the tools after the workshops.
