Understand your environment
We inventory workstations, servers, network equipment and services. Dependencies, recurring incidents and access constraints help prioritise actions before any changes are made.
Configure systems and connectivity
Within the agreed scope, we work on server configuration, virtualisation, local networks and remote access. Accounts and permissions are agreed with the responsible people; intervention access remains authorised and limited.
Prepare for service continuity
We review backups, storage capacity and recovery options. Sensitive operations are planned with an intervention window, checks and an appropriate rollback. Having a backup is not a substitute for testing restoration.
Document and hand over
We document the chosen configuration, dependencies and operating instructions. We verify agreed access and usage with your teams, then identify future improvements and maintenance responsibilities.

Do we need to replace our infrastructure?
Not necessarily. The assessment distinguishes what can be retained, reconfigured or needs to evolve. Any purchases require approval before commitment.
Can you work remotely?
Yes, where secure, authorised access is available. On-site requirements, working hours and potential interruptions are agreed before intervention.
Are hardware and licences included?
The quotation specifies included and excluded services, equipment and licences. Renewals, purchases and availability commitments are never implicit.
